Subscription Terms

1. About these terms

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") are an agreement between you and Codzen Inteligência Digital LTDA ("Fuolio", "we", "us"), CNPJ 19.370.076/0001-37. By starting a trial or a paid subscription you accept them together with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a billing matter, these Subscription Terms prevail.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe you must be at least 18 years old, hold a Fuolio account with accurate information, and use a payment card you are authorised to use. We may refuse or end a subscription that does not meet these requirements, as described in the Terms of Use.

3. Plans and prices

Fuolio Pro is offered with monthly or annual billing. The features, price, currency and billing period of each plan are shown on the payment screen before you confirm. Prices may differ by currency and region and include the taxes we are required to collect, unless the payment screen says otherwise.

Promotional offers. Discounts, introductory prices and other offers apply only for the period and under the conditions shown when you accept them, are limited to one per person unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined. When an offer ends, the subscription continues at the regular price of the plan.

4. Free trials

When a plan includes a free trial, the payment screen shows its length, the price that follows and the date of the first charge before you confirm. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before that date, the trial converts into a paid subscription automatically and the card you provided is charged on the date shown. Free trials are limited to one per person.

5. Payment and billing

By subscribing you authorise Fuolio to charge your card for the subscription price at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Fuolio is the seller and the merchant on your statement. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.: your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure fields and never reach our servers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.

You are responsible for keeping your card valid. If a charge fails, Stripe may retry it over the following days and we will let you know; if payment is still not made, we may suspend or end the subscription and access to the paid features. You can replace your card at any time in your account settings.

6. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, according to your plan — at the price in force at the time, until you cancel. The renewal date and price are always visible in your account settings, under Subscription.

7. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in your account settings, under Subscription, or by emailing support@fuolio.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling during a free trial ends the trial with no charge.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw from the subscription within 7 days of contracting it and receive a full refund, under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990). Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have equivalent cooling-off rights. Beyond these rights, refunds follow the Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

9. Changes to plans and prices

We may change the features of the plans or their prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; the new price takes effect only from your next renewal after that notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal and you will not be charged the new price.

10. What the subscription is not

A subscription gives access to Fuolio's tracking, consolidation and reporting tools. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and Fuolio does not hold, move or manage your money or assets. Figures, projections and insights are informational only; see the Terms of Use.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches the Terms of Use or these Subscription Terms, or that is used fraudulently. Where the termination is not caused by your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period already paid.

12. Your data

We process your personal data, including billing data, as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). When the subscription ends, your account and its data remain yours; you can export or delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

The limitations of liability in the Terms of Use apply to the subscription. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the app before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Subscription Terms are governed by Brazilian law. A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile; otherwise, the courts of Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul have jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first — most billing questions are resolved within 2 business days.
